What We Offer
At Whitewater Veterinary Hospital we offer sound, caring advice and quality veterinary care. We are a full service hospital emphasizing preventative medicine including annual examinations, up-to-date vaccine protocols, parasite prevention, dental care, nutrition, and weight management.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of outside reference laboratories. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, three exam rooms, a surgery suite, in-house imaging, an isolation area to house sick or contagious pets, and a large, closely supervised hospitalization and treatment area. We are able to partner with local veterinary specialists who are able to see patients at our clinic for advanced services.

Online Pharmacy Order Policy
As of October 1, 2023, Whitewater Veterinary Hospital will no longer process orders for medications or preventatives sent directly to us from online suppliers. Clients who order through online suppliers will need to pick up a written prescription for medications to provide to the online supplier directly. We will no longer fax or email prescriptions to other online suppliers.
We want to be very clear in saying that you need to purchase products only from a properly accredited and certified veterinary pharmacy. We understand that there are many reasons that our clients may want to purchase medications from big box stores online and we want you to make the most informed decision for your pet. We would hope that you order medications and preventatives from our own online store that you can access via our homepage or online store page. Our online store is an accredited and certified pharmacy and has continually held the Veterinary-Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites seal, a rigorous accreditation program administered through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. This certification ensures our clients are buying safe medications and medical devices from a licensed, regulated pharmacy in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws as well as national pharmacy standards. Because our online store is part of our clinic infrastructure, you will not need a written prescription if you order from our online store. However, if you choose to buy medications from somewhere other than a certified veterinary pharmacy, we want to give you that option if you choose.
Our online store’s supply chain is 100% secure. The medication has been handled, stored and packaged in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and standards once it leaves the manufacturer and shipped to you. The medication you receive is most importantly prescribed by your pet’s Veterinarian. Our doctor knows your pet’s medical history. The doctor knows if your pet has an allergy to certain medications and knows the correct dosage of medication for your pet. If there are ever any questions or problems, our staff will personally handle the issue and resolve to your satisfaction. The bottom line is we always want what is best for your pet, but also want you to have the freedom to order medications or products from wherever you choose.
